气门嘴的换与检验

1. Replace the valve with a new tire.
2、发现气门嘴老化，开裂时建议   换气门嘴。
2. If the valve is found to be aged and cracked, it is recommended to replace the air valve.
3、气门嘴的橡胶长时间使用后可能会老化,导致漏气,缺气行驶会导致轮胎碾坏,应该定期检查气门嘴。另外，气门帽是和气门嘴配合使用的,防止水气和灰尘进入气门嘴。
3. The rubber of the valve may age after long-term use, resulting in air leakage. Running without air will lead to tire damage. The valve should be checked regularly. In addition, the valve cap is used with the valve to prevent moisture and dust from entering the valve.
气门嘴检验要求
Valve inspection requirements
1、轮胎气门嘴体表面应光洁，无毛刺、裂纹、油污和锈蚀；硫化胶垫的部位不得有毛坯面。
1. The surface of tire valve body shall be smooth and free of burr, crack, oil stain and corrosion; There shall be no blank surface at the part of vulcanized rubber pad.
2、嘴体弯处的椭团长短轴差不大于1.8mm。

2. The difference between the long and short axes of the ellipsoid at the mouth bend shall not be greater than 1.8mm.

3、垫片表面应镀锌或其它镀层。
3. The gasket surface shall be galvanized or other coating.
4、螺母和防护帽(B型)，应进行除油除锈处理。
4. Nuts and protective caps (type b) shall be degreased and derusted.
5、轮胎气门嘴装上标准轮胎气门芯，通入规定气压，放入水中，应保持2min内无气泡逸出。

6、轮耽气门嘴应符合本标准的要求．并按照规定程序批准的图样及文件制造。

7、轮胎气门嘴应经制造厂技术检验出厂，每批产品均须符合本标难的要求，并附有产品质量合格证。
